Voltrover M5 48V21Ah

My boys did a lot of research on e-bikes after deciding to switch from gas dirt bikes. These were their top choice within our price range and they haven't been disappointed. The size is perfect for my smaller 12 yr old and my adult size 14 yr old to both be comfortable. While they were happy with the ÔøΩstockÔøΩ look, they have loved customizing the bikes to fit their personalities. Everything seems to be good quality so far and as rough as they've been on the trails and the street, no issues. I'm glad we chose the Voltrover M5 for our rides.

I just assembled this so 4 stars until I get some use. However, I purchased a Mototec at the same time for a second bike for my nephews. The Mototec is just a little less money. But, the fit and finish on the Voltrover M5 is *head and shoulders above* the Mototec. The frame design and battery design of the Voltrover facilitate swapping the battery. The packing and assembly was much easier and more organized and detailed. The name brand fardriver controller on the Voltrover allows me to make changes to the modes to limit the top speed until the boys get older. None of these features exist on the Mototec and they are big differentiators.

The swappable battery and name branch customizable controller are the two differences that really make this worth the small amount of extra money.

My 13 year-old loves his Voltrover and had fun giving it a custom paint job. He was devastated when the motor stopped working after a few months, but we contacted Voltrover customer service and they gave us a brand new motor under their warranty (free of charge). Many thanks Voltrover team!

Easy to assemble. So far is performing great. Very satisfied. I'm glad we chose the Voltrover M5 for our rides.
