Shipping Coverage

We currently ship to the United States (contiguous 48 states only) and Canada.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO/DPO and other U.S. territories are not supported at this time. We do not ship to the United Kingdom at this time.

Ship-From Locations

Orders are fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse and Canada warehouse, depending on your delivery address and inventory availability.

Most in-stock orders are prepared within 0–1 business day. Transit times below are estimates after dispatch.

Processing Status by Product Availability

• In Stock: Usually ships in 0–1 business day after the order is placed.

• Pre-order: Preparation begins according to the estimated availability date shown on the product page.

• Out of Stock: Ships as soon as the item becomes available again; preparation typically 0–1 business day after restock.

Note: After a shipment is created, carrier systems may take additional time to reflect movement. Since we do not provide public tracking links, please email us for updates.

Holiday & Peak-Season Notice

During peak seasons and major promotions (e.g., Black Friday/Cyber Monday and year-end holidays), carriers may experience high volumes that can cause longer-than-usual delivery times. We appreciate your understanding.
