Voltrover was born in 2018 at the foothills of the Rocky Mountains in Colorado, where a small team of engineers and off-road riders shared a simple vision — to create an electric dirt bike that could take riders farther, quieter, and cleaner into the wild.
During one of their weekend rides, they faced the same frustration that every off-road enthusiast knows too well: loud engines disturbing nature, exhaust fumes filling the air, and the limits of a gas tank cutting every journey short.
That moment inspired a question that would define their next chapter:
“What if we could build a quieter, longer-lasting, and more eco-friendly dirt bike — one made for true adventure?”
Innovation Through Purpose
Back in their garage workshop, the Voltrover team began a three-year journey of research, design, and testing.
They engineered every part of the bike from the ground up to combine power, control, and sustainability:

After 102 prototype iterations, the first Voltrover electric dirt bike was finally ready — a symbol of innovation meeting passion.
