If you're looking to cancel or return your order, we are here to help! Generally, we will accept requests for exchange, return, or refund within 30 days from the date of delivery of the product (subject to the order tracking record).

Note: If you have successfully paid for your order, you accept the following refund policy by default.

Before Shipment

Once your order is placed, our system will automatically begin processing it.
We will not be able to change the shipping address or cancel the order once it enters processing.
Please double-check all information before completing your purchase.

If you wish to intercept or cancel your order, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@voltrover.shop, and we will do our best to assist. However, please note that the chances of successful interception are very low.

If a tracking number has already been issued, interception is generally not possible.
If interception is successful, a $300 shipping fee and a 10% restocking fee will apply.

Voltrover e-bikes are designed for off-road use only. Please check your local laws before riding. Voltrover is not liable for any legal consequences caused by unlawful use.

After Shipment

If your order has already shipped and can no longer be modified, you may refuse delivery, but a 10% restocking fee and a $300 return shipping fee will apply.
Voltrover will provide the return shipping label, and the designated carrier will handle pickup.

Before Shipping

There is no charge for making changes before shipment.
Please email us at support@voltrover.shop to request a modification.
Voltrover will process the change within 1–2 business days after receiving your request.

After Shipping

No modifications are allowed once your order has shipped.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, you must do so within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be unused, unridden, and in their original packaging to qualify.

Approved returns of defective items within 30 days are exempt from the restocking fee.

  1. Contact Voltrover and explain the reason for your return. Include photos or videos if available.

  2. Receive return address from Voltrover and send the product back securely packaged.

  4. Refund processing: once we receive the item, refunds are issued within 3–5 business days via the original payment method.

  5. If the refund does not appear after 5 business days, please contact your bank or credit card provider. If you still have concerns, contact support@voltrover.shop.
